When I buy a template, I like to be able to tinker with the template. I take the part that I like and reassemble them using a CMS or custom made Rails application. This template is very beautiful, when modeling it to your taste is quite hard. There is many Javascript for many effects. Even if bootstrap is included, it is not using the grid systems. The Carousel on the home page and the navigation menu is tied together that make this part difficult to reuse parts. Using font-awesome is not done according to specs, making this difficult again to modify anything buttons. This is template is good for an usage as is, and I would suggest that you continue looking for other template if you want to customize this one. I would have like to give it 5 stars, but the difficulties to modify the template, I have to drop the rating a bit.
